 Prompt: I’ve outgrown Saturday morning cartoons, but I still miss waking up excited to watch them. There was nothing better than eating cereal in pajamas and getting lost in fun, colorful worlds. Now, weekends are for catching up on homework or work, and mornings don’t feel as magical. Even though I can still watch cartoons anytime, it’s not the same as being a little kid with no worries. I miss that simple happiness, but I’ll always remember how fun it was.
